Ferho is backstopped by an in-house team of subject matter experts including technologists, project managers and support staff; these senior level professionals are highly educated and hold many relevant industry certifications. Our knowledge is extensive and our staff is always working on higher education and researching ways to improve. With a culture stressing the importance of education, we also realize the significance of getting our hands dirty so we understand how our decisions and designs actually affect the end product.

Our Story

We created FERHO out of the realization of a need to reduce risk for stakeholders.

Ferho is changing the way people do business in construction.
Jeff came to the realization that there was a gap in the construction industry with relation to technology.  He found a way to fill that gap and make a difference in the industry. He has a strong desire to use his education and experience to help create a market changing company.

Executive Leadership

Jeff Honcoop

Partner (CEO)

Jeff has over 15 years of experience managing technology design and implementation teams. He has led multiple large scale, complex technology design and integration projects that spanned the disciplines covered by Ferho. He believes in the importance of continuing education and received a bachelor’s degree in aeronautics and astronautics from the University of Washington, obtained his MBA from Western Washington University and is currently completing a Ph.D. in business from the University of Denver.

Ryan Stahl

Technology Project Architect

Ryan is a solutions-oriented IT professional, with 13+ years’ experience in building and configuring complex and scalable technology solutions that have been used in a variety of settings from existing technology upgrades to large scale enterprise construction. As a proven leader in managing technical teams in critical projects, he continually achieves all budget, schedule, and technical objectives, within highly regulated environments. As a customer-centric manager, Ryan is highly skilled in teaming with stakeholders for strategic technology planning that aligns with strategic business needs.

Steph Raby

Business Manager

Steph is an experienced business manager and consultant with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and professional services industries. She is skilled in operations, customer service, strategic planning, business management and marketing. Her strong work ethic and business acumen make her an accountable business professional. She manages Ferho’s back of the house contract paperwork and customer facing documentation.
